Yongle is a small team with big aspirations to grow fast and have fun while doing it. As a Client Success Specialist at Yongle Technologies, you play a vital role in the company as you are responsible for the successful onboarding of client projects. The role includes setting up client projects in the Yongle application, training and providing excellent service and support to our clients. We are looking for someone who is competent with technology, has a desire to learn and strong attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and in conjunction with a team.



  • Corresponding with clients to determine project needs
  • Setting up client’s projects in Yongle application
  • Conduct internal quality assurance testing of projects
  • Provide client support via phone, email and on-site
  • Assist clients with identifying problems and guide them through a solution
  • Communicate project information with clients and team members in an accurate and effective manner
  • Ensure clients’ needs are met in a timely manner
  • Identify and gather feedback from clients
  • Continually look for ways to improve the Yongle web application and onboarding process
  • Performing other project and administration tasks to be assigned on an as needed basis



  • Proficient using technology devices such as tablets, ipad and smartphones
  • Proficient with computer & online applications such as Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to prioritise work and adapt to changing demands and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Be available to work weekends as required
  • Must have driver’s license & personal transportation
  • Experience with Real Estate administration is an advantage



  • Range: $35,000 - $40,000 per year
