As a Client Success Specialist at Yongle Technologies, you play a vital role in the company as you are responsible for the successful onboarding of client projects. The role includes setting up client projects in the Yongle application, training and providing excellent service and support to our clients. We are looking for someone who is competent with technology, has a desire to learn and strong attention to detail. You must be able to work independently and in conjunction with a team.
